What should I do before my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best retention and application. Avoid caffeine if possible, as it can cause slight eye fluttering during your service.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions can last up to 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. For the best results, we recommend infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.

How should I care for my lashes?

To maintain strong retention, gently clean your lashes regularly with a lash-safe cleanser, avoid oil-based products, and do not rub or pull at them. Daily brushing and proper aftercare will help keep your set looking fresh.

Are lash lifts safe?

Yes. When performed correctly using professional techniques and high-quality products, lash lifts are a safe way to enhance your natural lashes. We prioritise lash health throughout the entire process.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Do you do patch tests?

Yes, patch tests are available and recommended for first-time clients or those with sensitivities. Please let us know when booking so we can arrange this 48 hours prior to your appointment.
